Nope, this one is new, in fact I was just about to post it! ;)

My only question about things like this is: where do the bones end up after they're seized?  Hopefully, they go to a museum and not just some warehouse.

As a general rule the fossils are used as evidence against those involved, for the court proceedings, and then returned to the government from which they were stolen. The US has spent alot of money, time and effort returning fossils to China , for instance.
Authors with varying competence have suggested dinosaurs disappeared because of meteorites...God's will, raids by little green hunters in flying saucers, lack of standing room in Noah's Ark, and palaeoweltschmerz—Glenn Jepsen
