There is already a favorite figure thread somewhere but I don't think it is brand specific. I'll go along. I own some of these but the list includes quite a few that I just really want.

Invicta: Apatosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Lambeosaurus, Muttaburasaurus.
Battat: Diplodocus, Tyrannosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Styracosaurus.
Carnegie: 2006 Diplodocus, 2012 Carnotaurus, Ankylosaurs, Giganotosaurus, Protoceratops nest, Deinonychus trio, Miragaia.
CollectA: Jobaria, Plateosaurus, Ampelosaurus, Scelidosaurus, Dacentrurus.
Papo: Styracosaurus, Allosaurus, Pachyrhinosaurus.
Wild Safari: Postosuchus, Amargasaurus, Stegosaurus, 2012 Ceratosaurus, Nigersaurus, Scutosaurus and probably the Diabloceratops and Gryposaurus.
Bullyland: Deinonychus, Apatosaurus, Pteranodon (standing), Arizonasaurus, Liliensternus.
Schleich: Shonisaurus, Macrauchenia, Edmontosaurus.
Tyco: Kentrosaurus, Struthiomimus, Protoceratops, Stegosaurus, Edmontonia.
Kenner: Red Rex, Thrasher Rex, Allosaurus, Scutosaurus, Estemmenosuchus, Coelophysis.

How's that for a list? I think that about covers it but I'm sure I left someone out.

Great selection, although one minor quibble on the Invicta choice, back in 1975 I purchased my first Invicta (Scelidosaurus) it cost me 27p at the time.  I would have to make the black Scelidosaurus my personal favourite for sentimental reasons.

I basically chose the Invicta Tyrannosaurus for sentimental reasons so I understand.

Carnegie: Giganotosaurus. Hands down their best sculpt in my opinion.
Safari Ltd: I'll probably get a lot of hate for this...but their velociraptor (2007) The sculpting is just exquisite. Despite the broken wrists and lack of feathers. I was a big fan of Safari when they were using this sculptor...with their current sculptor, I couldn't care less about Safari's models :-\
Bullyland: Stegosaurus. The only "must have" in their entire line for me.
Papo: Allosaurus. It looks so dynamic and life like. Or maybe their Styracosaurus.
Schleich: Uhhhh....Parasaurolophus.
Favorite: Their old Styracosaurus and the new Stegosaurus.
Battat: Diplodocus of course 8)
CollectA: Jobaria, a nice big and well sculpted model.
