Since I showed a few of my repaints already, I'll just open a thread where I'm gonna show them all. Well, at least after some time. I mostly wanted to show you that I don't exclusively paint Schleich models.  :)) So here are three dinosaurs I gifted to my boss and work, and to my best friend (and favourite co-worker), respectively:

The feathered Safari T.rex, modified to look more like a chicken:

Papo's Styracosaurus, with a colour scheme inspired by sand lizards (although I'm not quite happy with the spots):

And for my best friend, a Papo Velociraptor, obviously inspired by The Lost World: Jurassic Park, since they're some her favourite dinosaurs (she especially loves the small critters... and Therizinosaurus, interestingly enough):

As I said in the other thread, I'm still learning and exercising. Most of my life I painted Warhammer miniatures (Space Marines and Dwarfs), so a more naturalistic approach isn't quite what I'm used to, but I think I'm getting there.  :))

Cheerio!!

That Chicken Rex is pretty cool. Clever concept and execution!

I thought I should share a few of my more special repaints:

First of all, Playmates' Gorosaurus (from Toho's "King Kong escapes" and "Destroy all Monsters"):

Before:

After:

Earl Sinclair, the mighty Megalosaurus:

Before:

After:

And Bradley P. Richfield, who lives the "horridus" in Triceratops horridus:

EDIT: I forgot the befroe picture for Mr. Richfield:

I hope you like them!

Cheerio!!

Wow, your repaints are awesome! Live how realistic Sinclair and Richfield turned out.

A matte finish and some well-placed washes can really do wonders!
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.
