Beautiful display cabinets - and I like how you put in books with eye-catching covers too.  I'm envious on seeing the guide to the Berlin museum.  That's one place still on my list of places to visit.

Pliosaurking

That's a really nice looking display, the glass cabinets look excellent!
And WOW you have a complete set of Invicta Dinosaurs, I'm jealous!

ceratopsian

Those Invictas make a fabulous group. Increasingly I feel my collection needs some!

Crackington

What a fantastic collection Flo, and you've resisted the urge to completely fill each shelf space up too (unlike me)!

Completely agree with Ceratopsian on how you present the Invicta's too. I didn't know plesiosaurs could fly  ;)

Great stuff!

Thank you for your praise and your kindly words.

I collect books about dinosaurs as long I could think and in the last ten years my collection increased a lot. The Berlin museum book is my own private and selfmade guide in which I inserted my own photographs with facts of the respective genus and a little Text. That became a tradition for every museum I visited in the last years. I still have to visit all the amazing museums in the US.

My Invicta collection is almost complete. I never got my hands on the dimetrodon and the lambeosaurus and my Scelidosaurus I owned as a kid is still missing.
I forgot to take a photo of my Invicta Brachiosaurus. This special toy enthrones on my bookshelf.

The idea of the "flying" marine reptiles originated from my visit of the museum of Tokyo with their hanging Basilosaurus.

Maybe I will post some other pics later.

That is a splendid idea to make your own guides.

The idea grew on me as I had visited the museum in Berlin and couldn't find a regular guide as a souvenir.

That's a very attractive display space. The Invicta setup is especially elegant, although I'm also fond of the glass cabinet.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

The covers of your personal museum series look extremely professional.

What a great display and great cabinets, too!

Concavenator

What a nicely presented collection. I wish I could copy-paste that.  :))

If I were you I would get those figures on the top into the cabinet so they're protected from dust (currently my collection is exposed, and I have to dust the figures individually, so this is where I'm coming from... heh).

Is that a big single cabinet or are those individual cabinets? Looks like the former to me, but figured I'd ask. How much it cost you?

Thank you  :)

These are individual Detolf-cabinets by IKEA standing next to each other. I guess, they should still be avaiable.

Those are beautiful arrangements indeed! The Invicta shelf is certainly the highlight; my congratulations on owning that Stenonychosaurus!

Thanks a lot. I had no idea it is so rare...

My newest haul:

I am absolutely blown-away by the Acrocanthosaurus! This is a truly piece of art and imo the peak of PNSOs Dinosaurus (the adorable Deinocheirus is left out). The Acro ranks in my personal top 5 of my collection. Absolutely worth the price.

The Oloro is a fine figure too. Great textures and coloration. Love it.

Safaris Minty the Albertosaurus moved in because I had to decide if I should pay for shipping or for the Alberto  ;D

The Penta was a coupon-based buy.

Additional shots:

Bonus:
A little parade of a few theropods from my collection:

The Acro and the Spino by CollectA are in the top 5 of my collection. Magnificent figures!

Very nice indeed, avatar_Paleo Flo @Paleo Flo . You have good taste in dino collectibles.

Jose S.M.

I haven't seen the Spinosaurus side by side with other theropods. I'm a little tempted to get it.
