Hey all,

This Canadian dino lover is frustrated with his local museum and toy stores and is curious about shopping for dinosaurs online. What do y'all recommend as the best, most reliable online stores?

Thank you!

Another good topic to reboot. Someone started a good thread on this in the archive, can we recall who? Maybe they would they be willing to post the list they compiled here?  :)

Personnally ?  I'd go with our very member Dan of dansdinosaurs.com ..granted he's in the U.S. but has no problem shipping internationally I'm sure.

It's the Dinosaur Model Database by Chinese member 'kinol'.
He's already registered here :).

I wasn't thinking of that one. I'm thinking of a thread that actually compiled online stores. I can't locate it though.

Oh Lord, won't you buy me a T-rex by Krentz? My friends all have Sideshow, I must make amends.

Ha, I guess I've found it (although I'm not sure if that's the only one):

:)

Thanks! That's the one I was thinking of  8)
Oh, that's the one I was also thinking of, just sent the wrong link ::) ..... acting too fast.

Here's some good placed to get high quality resins:

The Dinosaur Studio
http://www.dinosaurstudio.com/catalog.html#royal

Dan's Dinosaurs.com:
http://stores.homestead.com/hstrial-Dliebman2/StoreFront.bok

And yeah always keep these ebay sites at bay:

United States of America:
http://www.ebay.com

United Kingdom:
http://www.ebay.co.uk

Ireland:
http://www.ebay.ie

Germany:
http://www.ebay.de

The Netherlands:
http://www.ebay.nl

Australia:
http://www.ebay.com.au

France:
http://www.ebay.fr

Italy:
http://www.ebay.it

I found out that each of these can list different items :)

Takama

I highly recommend Dans Dinosaurs(as i said in the archive)
and Dejankins

I also shop alot on TGFtoys for several Procon figures. and they also carry retired items from other compneys (example Bullyland or Safari)

tyrantqueen

I prefer Dinosaurtime.co.uk over any other, mostly because they're in my country (but they post internationally) and they sell Favorite soft models.

I'll use eBay sometimes as well.

Tylosaurus

ahh nice shop tyrantqueen!

here's one I also ofter go to, it's in Germany, thus cheap shipping to The Netherlands :)
http://www.urzeitshop.de/

They also ship throughout the EU< not sure if they ship worldwide though, they do have PayPal support, so it's always handy to have that as payable method.

Brontozaurus

I recommend both Dan's Dinosaurs and DeJankins. They're both great to deal with. In particular I have to recommend DeJankins on account of all the obscure stuff he's got under the 'Other' section, because a lot of it you can't get anywhere else outside of eBay, which some people might not want to use.

Time to revive this thread:
First of all, for people in Europe, there is this store:
http://www.spielzeug-guenstig.de/schleich/index.html
The prices are pretty low.

Also a question regarding this one:
http://www.dinotime.de/
Anyone knows if the shop still exists or if it is just the Website not being updated and it no longer exists? Because from waht I've seen, they got some Rarities...
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Jetoar

Thanks for sahre these shops  ^-^. I will visit their stores.
[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

If you buy at www.dinotime.de could you tell us if that one still works?
