At least it is in a museum.

I think it's a shame Stan ended up... there. I was hoping it would end up in an established museum (such as London's Natural History Museum). I suppose there are worse places it could go, though.

Come on, we gotta give another area of the world a chance of becoming established, this can be very beneficial for areas not as exposed to dinosaurs.
But you do have a point.

Glad to see it going to another museum, and out of that private collection. Not a place where I would have expected it to go, but I'm sure people living there will be happy to be able to see it.

I got to see a cast of Stan at the Smithsonian back in 2013. I don't need to see the original bones.

There are casts of Stan all over the place.  And they're really high-quality casts, and very nicely posed and mounted for the most part.

I'm glad the original is in a museum collection at least, but even if something were to happen to the fossil (heaven forbid), it would still remain a particularly well documented and accessible specimen.
