The photo has to be uploaded somewhere else with a stable URL, such as Flickr, postimg, imgur, or wherever else you post photos (but not Facebook, which randomly scrambles the URLs periodically specifically to defeat external hosting). The image URL will end in something like .jpg or .png or .gif. Then you can paste it using the following code:
