Well alot of people are gonna be very happy.

Faelrin

So many great creatures this season. So stoked for the adorable Simosuchus getting mainstream attention, and more of Madagascar.

Man there is so many cool looking creatures, I'm so excited for this season!

Thank you avatar_GojiraGuy1954 @GojiraGuy1954 for setting this up!

I am speechless! Only thing I can say is that I am excited for Wild Past Majungasaurus.

irimali

Yes!  Thank you avatar_GojiraGuy1954 @GojiraGuy1954 for sharing this. It's nice to see there's a lot of new animals.  Simosuchus is definitely the most exciting for me :)

I stumbled with most of these on Twitter and I would've preferred to not seeing them to be surprised when it airs but on the good side it shows more diversity than the trailer. 3 new sauropods, 2 abelisaurids, pachycephalosaurs, Tarchia, a mammal that doesn't look like its just for prey.

Warning, don't watch if you're going into this spoiler free, unless you're like me who doesn't care about spoilers and can watch these clips hundreds of times and never get tired of it ;D

Just a disclaimer/edit: It's not really a spoiler but more so a bunch of teaser combinations, trailers, and some small footage. Was in my recommendations  in youtube.

BlueKrono

Nobody else seemed to make a big deal about it, but I thought it was pretty cool that it was David Attenborough's 97th birthday yesterday.

ceratopsian

Perhaps he'll die in harness!  Seriously though, his voice has accompanied me through a huge chunk of my life, from watching (and perhaps more reading the books of) Zoo Quest as a child right through to post-retirement.

Speaking of David Attenborough can I just say I really love the intro with him in the museum so does anyone think we're gonna get a new one, keep the old one or get rid of it altogether. Personally I'd love a new one

"According to the #PrehistoricPlanet podcast, when Sir David Attenborough finished recording the last episode, he asked for another one and had to be told that it was over. He then said that narrating the show was one of the most enjoyable things he had ever done."

They aren't not letting him rest; he doesn't want to rest. Big power move tbh

Carnoking

I have a feeling we'll all be saying the same thing when it's done. "Oh please, just one more episode!"  ;D

The Rajasaurus is divine. Maybe I am biased but that is one of the best depictions of any dinosaur ever. It is as if this is how it actually looked, as if they got time travel footage. Maybe I am just overexcited right now. Also he  and the Tarbosaurus looks more realistic than the other large theropods

Carnoking

Yes, between the beautiful Rajasaurus and the glorious Majungasaurus, abelisaurid representation is strong with season 2. Although I'm crossing my fingers that we haven't seen the last of my beloved Carnotaurus!

Yeah, I was kidding. I am confident he wouldn't be doing it if he didn't love every second of it.
