Couldn't resist that title. 

Well, I'll start with saying that I've been a big fan of dinosaurs since I was about five or six. I've always been fond of animals in general. I never liked toys that didn't look realistic or moved by themselves or had obviously fake-looking movable joints. I had a large collection of toy dinosaur figures. Unfortunately, my mother threw them all away while cleaning. I never really forgave her for that one, even though it's been a few years now. Anyway, thanks mostly to this site, I've come to realize that I should stop enviously gawking at the gorgeous dinosaur (and other animal) toys I see in stores and just buy them already. Collection 2.0 is is still in its beginning stages, with exactly two new additions.

Fun facts:
My favorite dinosaurs are the sauropods.
My avatar is a picture of my dog Grr, who, despite weighing 8 pounds, would probably take on a tyrannosaurus.
I joined this site to talk to other collectors and to learn a bit more about dinosaurs and the toys that represent them.
