Hello all!  That was quite the registration to go through to join!  I wanted to share some of my own dinosaur sculptures with other dinosaur people.  I have always collected dinosaur toys and figures since first reading Jurassic park long ago, and recently got into sculpture.  They are a mix of my childhood loves, so they are more cartoonish than realistic.  Something my kids would like to play with. (My son has claimed a red Rex and named him fluffy)

Let me know what you think!

Those are adorable! I like the colors you are casting the t-rex with. The blue sparkle one reminds me of my little pony, but its a rexy! :3 love the lil hatchling that sits on the leaf. I would love to have that blue rexy if its for sale, it is adorable!
I'm seeking Orsenigo and other interesting vintage dinosaurs. Contact me if you can help with my search!

Really neat! Are those T. rex casts?

Yes!  I made the original model and then made a mold to make copies!  It's so much fun to make different colors I'm working on a stegosaurus that will have differently casted plates!

Thanks!  The blue one sold but I have a bunch of others listed on my etsy website!  I had to slow down on making them because I ended up with a bunch of unfinished casts!  So now I'm going to move into stego.

They are my combination of my loves growing up, my little pony and dinosaurs!

Well you've done a great job! I'd love to see pictures of the mold. I've made a somewhat similar Parasaurolophus toy you can see on this thread: http://dinotoyblog.com/forum/index.php?topic=3984.240 there's also a metallic version on the next page. Those are some really cool effects you're doing in the plastic.

I started my silicone pour and realized I really didn't have enough!!  I made the mold too big!  It was my first time trying it so, no surprise there...

And casting the first time!

When you run out of rubber bands to keep it together you have to improvise!

I post all of my process and updates on my Instagram account

And holy crap I will have to read that entire post!!!  It looks so informative!!!

Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.
