Oh, I don't like scaly gorgonopsians at all, that is like drawing scaly dromaeosaurs. If anything they would have had bare skin, which I show on at least one other gorgonopsian in my series. However, I think the most conservative assumption is that they had at least some hair.

By the way, have you seen Balaur's new Walking with... stories?

Nope,it's been quite a while since I don't check DeviantArt.It's annoying.My IPad doesn't work anymore  Maybe I can have it fixed but I wouldn't see that happening in the near future.Also,no new drawings from me in a while.

BTW,will you draw a Spinosaurus? I've tried doing it,and it's quite difficult to draw at least on land.Every time I try this it ends up looking more awkward than it should.

The prologue is set a little earlier than the rest of the episode, I show it as one of the last surviving non-avian dinosaurs.

I am proud to present to you, the very first (at least as far as I am aware) illustration of a hunting beaked whale . This is, of course, a male Cuvier's beaked whale (Ziphius cavirostris), my personal favorite species of these elusive cetaceans. I tried to make it as accurate to the real animal as I could and even added scars from battles with other males and bites from cookiecutter sharks, sadly some of these scars aren't too obvious anymore, but I am very proud of how this has turned out (by the way, the actual drawing is only about 4 inches long). I hope you like it .
