I believe that is a bug. I want to say in bee, ant, sawfly, and wasp family. The hymenopteran insect order (Google it lol). I remember looking it up long ago and being sad they changed that dinosaur name because of it. Same with Microceratops. 

The new ceratopsian looks cool.
