I was at Universal Studios Japan recently and discovered these in the Jurassic Park The Ride Gift Shop. Before leaving the park for the day, I ended up going back and getting a Tyrannosaurus and a Stegosaurus. Nothing uber fancy, but they were inexpensive and look pretty good to my eye. Those were the two models that stood out to me the most.
