Is there a website that can hand pick or inspect figures after purchasing?

Like what the title says, I've been wondering about this lately. I should also add that I'm in the US (in case that effects anything). I've been wanting to pick up some of the newer Safari LTD figures, but after a few trips to the stores around me, and checking their stock, it's pretty obvious they don't carry any of the recent releases. Now since those stores don't carry the recent releases, my only option to get these figures seems to be buying them online. However after inspecting the figures they did have at those stores, I've run into the lovely issue that is poor paint quality control, aka sloppy paintwork. For example I was planning on getting the Safari LTD Hydra with this 55% coupon I had for A. C. Moore, but all 5 or 6 of the ones in stock had sloppy painted mouths on at least one of the heads, if not several, which was a turn off.

At least with the figures in the stores I was able to inspect my figures thoroughly before buying them to be sure I was satisfied with their paintwork (I ended up using my coupon mentioned above for the Cloud Dragon instead since I found one pleasing enough to get, although there is still some minor paint sloppiness on the back). However buying figures online is probably a different story. Seeing so much shoddy paintwork on those figures makes me hesitant to buy online, but if I want to add those figures to my collection I have no other choice.

So does anyone know a site that can inspect my figures for good paintwork, after I purchase them of course, but before shipping them? Like I don't want to spend the money for the Feathered Tyrannosaurus and Feathered Velociraptor (and anything else), for example, and end up with figures that have terrible paint jobs done on their teeth, mouths, etc.

Mike at Everything Dinosaur does the same, whenever I purchase from his shop I always ask him to check the figure before shipping. However poor quality paint job is an issue no seller can solve when basically all pieces in their stock are affected by said problem. I'm afraid that with Safari figures you have to live with such flaws.

Have to put in a good word for Dean from DeJankins! Been shopping from him for a little while now and I have only ever gotten the most pristine figures possible. No warping or morphed legs/tails at all!

I also recommend EverythingDinosaur. I've ordered a fair few products from them and every single one of them have arrived in pristine condition.

Wouldn't I have to worry about that customs thing since I'm in the US and they are in the UK?

Unlike many countries, the US doesn't charge customs fees, so you would only pay international shipping.
