Halichoeres

From the Upper Jurassic of Durango, Mexico, here's Acuetzpalin carranzai, an ophthalmosaurid. The authors describe the anatomy, reconstruct the skull, and conduct a phylogenetic analysis that finds it closely related to Platypterygius, Maiaspondylus, Sisteronia, and Plutoniosaurus.

The skull was somewhat crushed, but they reconstruct it like so:
