Top 10 Prehistoric Model Releases of 2021?

I'm currently working on my own top 10 releases of the year and it got me wondering what everyone else's favorites were. Tried to include as much as possible from the most talked about brands I could think of (and I personally collect). That being said, I'm sure I missed some, so feel free to comment your additional favorites!

After making that PNSO tier list recently, the choice wasn't that hard anymore. 

My five favorites from 2021 are:

- PNSO Parasaurolophus
- PNSO Pachycephalosaurus
- PNSO Yutyrannus
- PNSO Tarbosaurus
- PNSO T. Rex Andrea

These are among the figures I've actually purchased in 2021 and enjoyed the most.

I do plan on getting more 2021 releases from PNSO, especially the new Triceratops. But due to the EU import taxes I've decided to purchase that one when it is available at European resellers. Still recognize it as a 2021 release, but it does mean that I won't get it before March probably (if I can actually wait that long). Speaking of Triceratops, I think the Eofauna Trike would come in sixth place for me actually.

You know, I said top 10 but for some reason the poll is only saying you can select 5. I swear I put in up to ten votes allowed but maybe it didn't save? Anyone know how to fix that? Or is this now a top 5 poll?

-Nanmu Tyrannosaurus (Buck/Future) is my number one pick for 2021. The movie accuracy, although unofficial, came out perfectly.
-PNSO Tarbosaurus is my favorite PNSO release so far. Really regret not getting this one when it was released, but now that I have it, I love it.
-PNSO Dunkleosteus another beauty. For me, this figure is this high on my list due to its jaw articulation.
-PNSO Olorotitan, coloration and pose came out perfectly.
-PNSO Parasaurolophus, another good and solid release this year.

Honestly, I had issues picking six through ten on my list. I think my top four figures are the only ones I would purchase again. Just for the fun of it, honorable (#6) choice would be PNSO's Yutyrannus.

@Carnoking, can you edit the poll to allow more choices?  There should be an option to do that.  Otherwise perhaps @dinotoyforum could do it?  I think this thread should be moved to the new for 2021 section of the forum, too.

- CollectA Doedicurus, IMO best mammal of the year
- PNSO Dunkleosteus, IMO best fish and extra points for the wicked jaw articulation
- PNSO Torvosaurus, IMO best "scaly" theropod and my favorite sculpt of the year
- PNSO Yutyrannus, IMO best "feathered" theropod
- PNSO Parasaurolophus, IMO best ornithopod of the year
- GR Toys Carcharodontosaurus, IMO best paintjob of the year, perfect blend between eyecatching design, plausebility and artistic craftsmanship
- Safari Ltd Baryonyx, biggest positive surprise for me, the promo picturs does it no justice at all, same to a less extent for Safaris Daspletosaurus
- Eofauna Triceratops (Cryptic), IMO best ceratopsians, the BOTM ones are good too, but most of them go a bit too overboard with the colors for my taste
- REBOR Retrosaur (Mesozoic Rhapsody Valley), best non-scientific accurate dinosaur, even though the paintjob isnt nearly as good as in the promo pictures

Granted I've only been able to acquire a small number of these last year, with those being the Mattel Jurassic World Apatosaurus (although I still have yet to open it...), PNSO Parasaurolophus, and Safari Ltd Baryonyx. I have all three of the above BotM ceratopsians ordered, and have seen them in person (both prototype and finished product) to know they belong on my list.

The choice is super complicated there are many novelties, especially PNSO or BoTM but in my case I have opted for the parasaurolophus (my favorite) and the iguanodon although the theropods Tarbosaurus and Torvosaurus are also very beautiful to give two examples or the olorotitan or dunkleosteus but I understand that it is necessary to limit to ten figures according to the rules of the DTF, for example to make a varied choice I have sacrificed in my choice mentioned figures from PNSO and also from BoTM or Collecta to give several examples, in relation to Safari my My preferred choice is the baryonyx, although I would also have chosen the daspletosaurus, although that figure has a coloring that reminds me of the vintage figure of the UKRD tyrannosaurus (it's my appreciation).

Despite the pandemic, it has been a brilliant year for the toy dinosaur world.
