TRIVIA---more James Bond movie trivia.
In 1965, Claudine Auger replaced Raquel Welch as the Bond Girl in THUNDERBALL after Welch left to star in FANTASTIC VOYAGE. Auger's voice was dubbed by voice actress Nikki van der Zyll.
In 1966, Welch played cavewoman Loana in ONE MILLION YEARS B.C. in which her dialogue consisted mostly of prehistoric grunts and screams, but those grunts and screams were dubbed by van der Zyll.
Welch said she was contractually forced to star in ONE MILLION YEARS B.C., and called the movie a "turkey"---but the turkey's provocative poster made Welch a star.
Ironically, Martine Beswick appeared with Auger in THUNDERBALL and had a prehistoric catfight with Welch in ONE MILLION YEARS B.C.
