Kia Ora everyone,

I've been hanging around this forum for a while and I've decided to start posting photographs of my collection. I'm going to keep posting as I go through and photograph it all in groups. I mainly collect vintage dinosaur figures and toys, as well as related ephemera, books, and paraphernalia.

Probably the rarest figures I have are these three Neo-Forms. They're quite beaten up but are very special nonetheless.

Chialu Figures, more composition figures similar to the Neo-Forms but much smaller.

Nabisco Fritos

Ajax

SRG

There's a fair bit more that I'll post in the coming weeks as well  ;D

Eager to see your collection Retro, but it appears the "static flickr" URLs of your images are invalid, they aren't posting. Even if I break the URLs out of the html tags, they're "file not found" when you navigate to them.

I have fixed it now (I think!) They were showing up at my end, but I've tried a different location now so fingers crossed it worked  :)

Kia Ora, avatar_Retrosaurus @Retrosaurus! Those pictured are already a brilliant collection in and of themselves. The Chialus and Neoforms are top tier rarities. Even owning one is both expensive and takes a fair bit of luck and timing, as they rarely come up for sale for any price.

Indeed, all fixed and WOW!

Thank you very much avatar_BlueKrono @BlueKrono ! Luck was a massive factor in getting the Neoforms, just happened to be looking at the right website at the right time  ;D

Amazing collection avatar_Retrosaurus @Retrosaurus - love the SRGs and I agree with BlueKrono, congratulations in tracking down those Chialus and Neoforms. Good work!

I look forward to seeing more of your collection.

You say beat up, but those Neoforms look a lot less crumbly than most exemplars I've seen (in photos, I don't think I've ever seen one in person). The Stegosaurus is a standout with its tiny noggin and spikes flanking the plates!

Very impressive collection, thanks for sharing!

Very cool. What's the theme of your collection?

Those Neo-Forms are fantastic. Great collection and photographs. I collect similar stuff but much more casually than you. Welcome to the forum!

avatar_Fossilized-Rubber @Fossilized-Rubber thank you! The theme is (mostly) pre-Jurassic Park figures and toys, though there's some where I break that rule such as ones from my childhood like the carnegie figures.

Here's one of my favourite dinosaur lines. They were produced here in New Zealand during the early 60s. They're a variant of the Wagners set from Germany that were remoulded for the Nabisco factories. I also have a complete set of red ones and blue ones, but I'm trying to complete the other colour sets as well. There is some really wild variation in colour within the groups. Unlike the Wagners set, there were only 12 animals in the Nabisco lineup.

Hello and welcome to the forum! What an amazing collection so far!

So much fun to see these in a rainbow of colors; I'm used to the white of the Wagner figures!

Kia ora everyone,

I just wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you all. Here's a little festive postcard I was given by my partner today from 1906 featuring some familiar Crystal Palace creatures and some more imaginative inclusions by the CT Brock company. I've got much to share from the past several months; I just need to get around to photographing it!

I like how they made the plesiosaurs into sauropods.

I went to see the Crystal Palace dinosaurs last year and they were amazing! Have you got anything new to your collection recently?
