Hello Hello!

It's been a few days since I joined the forum but this is my first post. I've been scrounging through some of the major discussion boards admiring your collections! I chanced upon this 'hobby' purely because of my interest in Pokemon - It had reached my ears that Pokemon was having somewhat of a resurgence within the adult collector community and that a large portion of that interest stemmed from childhood nostalgia. Well, I wasn't exempt from this either and soon got on board the Pokemon train. I began to exclusively collect Aerodactyl and Lapras cards. For those among you that are aware, these pokemon are largely inspired by 'dinosaurs'. That in turn got me thinking about my small collection of dinosaur toys that I had growing up and got me into the rabbit hole of looking up youtube videos of modern dinosaur toys. And there you have it, that's how I've found myself on this forum. I have made my first purchase already! Though truth be told, I don't know how long I will last in this hobby. I am ashamed to admit that I often find myself jumping from one interest to the next after burning out. I am trying to restrain myself from going all in on this one and burning out but time will tell if I manage to stick on. And on that somber note, I look forward to seeing more of your collections
