avatar_Duna @Duna : I think it is "blue", but whith many shades. So it's blue-grey with sparkles of ocher and white. So it's indeed very complex (rather surprising) and a stand-out on my shelf. I guess yo can't go wrong with it.

True is that the lasagna-one grows a lot on me and looks better to me as the green-white version.

If it won't be so expensive, I would had ordered the lasgana-one too...but you know, I have to dig up some gold or something like that before I break my rule and buy two figures of the same species  ;D

I think most phones have some automatic settings nowadays to make pictures look more vivid than actual scenery.

And then the background has also an effect I think, like a white background makes colors appear very different compared to a black background.

Just wanted to mention one nice feature of the Haolonggood Brachiosaurus that has not been covered in any discussion or review I have seen so far. Upon close inspection of the Brachiosaurus, I noticed that the underside of the belly and partly also the tail has actually this chain mail like structure of the scales which until now only PNSO sauropod figures had. All earlier Haolonggood sauropods had more of an irregular grainy texture of the scales and there were not so distinct differences between different areas of the body. So this is yet another improvement of Haolonggood, increasing the richness of the textures, which I think deserves to be highlighted.

My Styracosaurus finally arrived, sadly my Majungasaurus and Concavenator are still in transit...
and wow this model is amazing! paint application is great.

I really love the texture in the horns and the asymmetry in the epiparietals.

Maybe it's a good thing that the other two haven't arrived yet - gives you a chance to focus your undivided attention on this gem, avatar_Berno @Berno .

The Haolonggood fan account just posted a message that Iguanodon has been added to the catalog for 2025.

I was waiting for this for a while. I love PNSO one but it's a bit expensive due to being a museum line toy. I hope it will be somehow less than 27 euros. (I doubt  :( ) so i don't have to smuggle it.

Very exciting!! I've been wanting PNSO's but can't justify $60 for it. This is a great alternative, I hope it isn't too bright color wise

Exactly what I was hoping, Iguanodon.
No figures on the market satisfies me.
The PNSO is a bit weird and expansive on top of that, and the Collecta is ok.

suspsy

I have zero interest in another Iguanodon myself, but any news is good news. Hope there's more reveals soon. I'd like another group teaser image like last year's.

This one looks great in hand, better than promo photos. I think I will replace my Safari one, I couldn't warm up to the heavily bent frill spiked sadly.

Definitely interested to see their take on Iguanodon, I don't like the lack of cheek tissue on the PNSO version (I know they didn't have muscular cheeks, but some kind of skin covering just to keep food from falling out when they chewed still seems likely), and the CollectA version is pretty good but showing its age in terms of how big the scales are. I hope the Haolonggood model is scaled so that it can represent one of the larger known individuals at 1:35, some of their hadrosaurs have been on the small side--the Edmontosaurus dinotoyblog review says it would be more like 1:45 if it was standing for a larger 12 meter individual, similarly the DinosDragons review of Maiasaura on youtube says about 2 minutes in that it would be 1:39 for a 9 meter individual.

Yes! Gimme, gimme!

Collecta's Iguanodon is great but a bit too big. Looking forward to see Haolonggood's take.

You're right and the scalation is crude by today's standard as well, so this is a timely addition.

I desperately need a good Iguanodon. I only have the Carnegie and Invicta models! Safari's was decent (albeit small) but I never got it. CollectA's is too large. PNSO's is too expensive. Looking forward to seeing what Haolonggood gives us.

MLMjp

Fingers crossed for a green variant. I like my Iguanodons green. ^-^

suspsy

How about a red one for a change? Or yellow? That would make me a lot more interested.

I don't agree the scales of the CollectA Iguanodon are crude.  Since getting mine I've been very impressed by how the scales were done.  Not every scaled animal figure needs to have fine scales like what PNSO and Haolonggood are currently doing.

I'm happy for those that wanted an Iguanodon from Haolonggood.  I have to say I'm quite disappointed by what has been shown to be coming from Haolonggood.  Lots of species I already have and don't want to replace, or that I'm not interested in (the modern animals and titanosaurian).  Maybe I'll feel happier once I see the Deinosuchus..

Turkeysaurus

Grey is classic Iguanodon color for me.
