Anyone hear this masterpiece before? It's an awesome musical version of "Journey to The Center of the Earth" by legendary Yes keyboardist Rick Wakeman.

Here's the studio version,

I've recently started playing the Touhou games, and Cirnos theme I think is quite nice, very cheerful

Jerry Goldsmith. Best chase music outside of Indiana Jones, and includes a couple of brontosaurs.

In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

Digging some of the music my Parents grew up litsining too
Ugh, thanks for making me feel old.  ;) The 80's were great. Best times of my life anyway.

I was fortunate to have seen Stevie Ray Vaughan in concert - twice. Once at Red Rocks in Denver, the other in Phoenix. I saw a lot of bands in those days but none put on a show like Stevie Ray!

and a good interview with him -

It was so, so sad when he died. He was taken way too soon. Rest in Peace Stevie Ray.........

Since music appreciation really depends on ones age and is largely a matter of opinion the following statement can be taken with a grain of salt. The music of the 80's is not even close to being in the same league of the late 60's and early 70's.  As a matter of personal opinion, music has been in a steady decline since the 70's. Just my personal taste. By the way, I have that Rick Wakeman album on vinyl and always thought it was somewhat pretentious. A weak attempt to recapture the orchestration concept of the Moody Blues, Days of Future Past.
