Not really my thing, but some may like them.

Those and many others are for sale at a local store here--and for a lot less than that asking price! But, like you, not really my thing.

The original DK models, which had a metal skeleton underneath the rubber were (are) actually moveable so they could be positioned into different poses for the book photo-shoots.  They were very nice, and these two critters were undoubtedly the most iconic of all of them.

These toys are obviously cheap copies, but as far as dino toys go, better than many out there ...

Actually, if you go to the seller's store, they have a caudipteryx, dilophosaurus, stegosaurus and velociraptor made by the same company ... maybe a few more that I missed ...

Ah, so they aren't that rare then! I thought they were out of production...

I think they are out of production.
these are I suspect left over stock. I noticed none of the carnivores are as easily found.
