Makes sense. This ships to US only.  I think Ebay only shows items that are shipped to your location.

I have this figure. It is marked as a safari same as the painted version, and the details are very crisp. If it is a bootleg, it is very well done. I remember also seeing a few safari non-dinos in glow in the dark.
My living room smells like old plastic dinosaur toys... Better than air freshener!
