Thanks  :)
The deinonychus variant can be a little tricky to find but it does come up for sale every so often on Yahoo Japan auctions. I think i've seen two or three over the past couple of months.

If you find another one for sale, let me know, I'm looking for this Deinonychus variant!

Blade-Of-The-Moon: Wow, wow, wow! I have that book too and I love it! :)

BlueKrono:  :oDon´t know what to say! I love both Andrewsarchus very much and I too think the one on the left is closer to the truth. And what a nice assortment of sea creatures!

Killekor: Congrats on that Keichuo, I hope you did not pay too much for it since I doubt it´s an original, sorry! :( And it´s not so hard finding a German toy on a German island, isn´t it? ^-^ ;)

Oh, almost forgot: I actually have three new acquisitions:

Procon Velociraptor, Carnegie Psittacosaurus and a Papo Neanderthal.

The Keichousaurus was a gift recieved from a parent in china that have recieved It from another parent, that have recieved It from an important person, he said. So, i don't think it's a fake. Sorry, What you was intending for " And it´s not so hard finding a German toy on a German island, isn´t it? ^-^ ;)"?

Yes, it's Real, but, recently, i had a discussion with that parent and now we are not in good relationships... The PNSO's are not so big (except for the Lufengosaurus).

Thanks to all

Killekor
Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

Sideshows are massive and impressive, if I had enough money I would definitely buy one or two.

Simon

That Sideshow TRex (along with the earlier Krentz TRex) is one of the finest large scale TRex sculpts ever.  Personally, I prefer to build up and customize my own figures in that size range, hence I've never been interested in Sideshow's finished pieces, but if I was, I would have gotten those two.

spinosaurus1

it really is something. it's always strike me how different it is to see a picture of it online and then having it inhand. i was sort of prepared since the ceratosaurs really gave me a rough visualization on how big it would likely be, but let me tell you. i am amazed by the detail, coloration, size, and girth of this statue. i only wish the base was up to par.

i seen photos on the sideshow forum of someone who repainted his tyrannosaurus. it really made a significant improvement on an already stellar sculpt. i'll see if i can find them

took a while to find it, but here it is

I really envy a lot of you guys. I wish I could also have a sideshow piece.... :'(

At least I can get this:

This guy was supposed to be mine for Christmas, but it came a few days after, so it is a "late Christmas present". And also I have not bothered to show it here until now because....laziness ::)
I always wanted a BIG C.Megalodon figure when I was a kid and now I finally have one, and what a monster shark is!

I keep its stand in the box because is almost impossible to keep the figure standing on it. Just the slightest touch or breeze and BUM! Shark on the floor. A pity cause I really like the sandy bottom of the ocean base.

That's too bad about the stand, because I agree it looks very elegant. Nevertheless, a beautiful shark.

I'm using a larger rectangular plexiglass extra plate attached over the original standing support.
And it works perfectly.

CityRaptor

Very retro. Reminds me of this:
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no
