Yes. I worked in a big box store for several years, it was definitely an odd experience to be there when the power went out. We had backup generators, but it took them a few minutes to come online, during which there were hundreds of people in the dark in this labyrinthine space.

Yes. Back in 1992, (I was 15 years old) I was hired as a mail person by my own school. And they put the mail of the 17th avenue along with the 17th avenue SOUTH. I walked all day long to find this "$%&¬¦South 17th avenue... which actually was at the other end of the town!!! And I was ssoooo tired and ssooo sweaty... Finally, I had a car lift to deliver the mail to the houses of the 17th avenue South... And I was back home in the evening.

Well, I've collected fish for museums in some fairly remote locations, so yes, that's part of the job.

Yes. But it was by the doctor to remove two big stones from my kidney. And it was extremely painful when I woke up after the operation...

I had to see a podiatrist about a toe after a work accident once, and he called what he did a surgery, but I watched him do it and left twenty minutes after completion, so I'm going to say not really.

Frequently. I've been the owner of many a clunker that left me stranded on one forlorn highway or another.

Yes, an excellent way to fill waders or boots with marsh water.
