New DTF banner (2015)

So, what figures do people want to see featured in the new banner?

I'm thinking of doing something a little bit different this year. I'm going to upload a new title banner shortly as a place holder for the actual new banner and to spark discussion. 

Edit. So, what do you think to the more minimalist but slightly more shiny approach? Oh, and I got rid of the 'The'.

I guess this new minimalist version is pretty good. I'd go for it Mr. Admin, both models used are really great. I was thinking a couple of days ago I should make the new banner as I always do, but I guess this new idea looks quite nice.

I guess you can't fit that many models in the banner. I always make the new banner and thought of using Battats, but there are no good photos of the 2015 models yet. Carnegie Velociraptor I would never use due to it's "tripodness", just a pet peeve of mine.

Hi Ikessauro, thanks for your comment I didn't mean to take the job away from you but I had some rare free time today to play around with photoshop, so took the opportunity to experiment I hope you don't mind me taking on the duty this time, but I may still call upon your services in years to come if you're still willing!

Yes, this plays a big part in the selection process - good crisp publicity photos are the best.

Not at all Adam! I am happy to see some change in here, change is good. I guess with your new style you can pick the two best among the most well done models to be in the banner. I'm sure takes less time to edit and looks more elegant in my opinion.

I think it looks good. Another thought based on another forum I frequent. They update the banner month to month or every other month to show the new releases that just came out.  It would mean more frequent changing but that could be cool..keeping members updated with our banner itself?

That's a nice idea, but it would have to be more infrequent. Seems like most major companies tend to keep releases to a  similar time frame.

That would be nice as long as the toyline is more than repainted JP3 Hasbro sculpts. Heck I grew up with those things as my favorite toys and even I'm tired of seeing them pop up as repaints!

That would be the exception...I'm hearing new sculpts for the most part..but I'm sure if they haven't totally worn out by now we'll see some sort of repaints.

I'll miss the diversity of the old banner but this looks nice. Good model choices too.
