Any updates on when the grab n go Tyrannosaurus and Spinosaurus are going to be released?

Just checked their FB page, nothing since December.

Faelrin

I'm wondering about the Titanoboa too. At least it didn't release at the same as the Papo Spinosaurus did, etc.

I wish that the Rebor titanoboa is marketed is for me one of the most anticipated prehistoric animals of this endearing brand by me, apart from the aforementioned spinosaurus and on the other hand, when will Rebor's sarcosuchus and deinosuchus be marketed? We have been waiting for these two figures for years.

avatar_REBOR_STUDIO @REBOR_STUDIO could you share some news? Thanks in advance!

Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

They might have their hand's full with product delays, shipping, ect..

Syndicate Bias

Don't they get their products made in China? I mean I'm sure that has something to do with it.

I think that too! It looks like many companies are suffering from the situation.

Rebor updated their cover photo on Facebook with this:

I don't even know...

Faelrin

Man is that cat swol. Pretty interesting to see them do another mammal though (other then the King Kong based gorilla).

I hope that over time Rebor will make prehistoric mammals. They would be spectacular. If Rebor makes mammals on the island of Calavera as beautiful as those, it can make scientific prehistoric mammals.

avatar_REBOR_STUDIO @REBOR_STUDIO Any updates on the long-awaited Grab&Go Tyrannosaurus Rex and Spinosaurus?
We're approaching the end of February and was really excited to get them around New Years. Is the Corona virus epidemic setting back most of production?

Read previous posts, same question was asked 4 days ago. If you have facebook that seems to be where they update first.

avatar_REBOR_STUDIO @REBOR_STUDIO So if I had to guess it'll probably look like a Tiger or maybe even that one beefy mountain lion picture that has been going around, once it is finished, in terms of its musculature with fur added? I know for a fact that fur can certainly hide muscle definition at times. Just a quick look at a shaved chimp, or mangy bear can give an idea, so I'm wondering if this is what's going to be what's going on with this one. Nice of you to go with S. populator too (and also the biggest species of Smilodon), as nearly everyone else goes with S. fatalis. I do wonder what scale this will be in though?

And if you are willing to take suggestions for more Cenozoic animals, I'd love to see your take on Arctotherium, or the short faced bear, especially since I don't think anyone's actually made a figure of that at all yet (much like Titanoboa).

Quoteit's going to be THE definitive Smilidon populator figure ;)

Wouldn't be a Rebor post without some annoying level of arrogance.

Also, I think we all know what the real definitive S. populator is.

Shonisaurus

It is the best smilodon made to date, the prototype is great. The interesting thing is to see the finished model. Thanks Rebor for making prehistoric mammals !!! Next to dinosaurs, prehistoric mammals are my favorite animals.

WOW! REBOR is really producing some amazing stuff these days.

My REBOR to buy list:

Gorilla Z
The Smilodon
The Titanoboa
King Trident
Sarco- & Deinosuchus
Lonely George

I hope these figures will actually be released though.

Loon

Also, since Rebor gives all of their figures music inspired names, I would like this smilodon to be called "Dr. Teeth".

I hope they mean "once hairs, skin, and subcutaneous fat are added", because nothing in nature is that ripped beneath its fur... Just google hairless lions.

Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome design and I might even consider getting it as-is, just as a fantasy monster. Rebor has been pretty candid in the past about acknowledging how some of their models are deliberately exaggerated or sci-fi ish to appeal to a big market segment. Nothing wrong with that. But the act of acknowledging it is important.

It honors them as a collecting company that recognizes that detail. Totally agree with you.
