:) Fabulous model and one of the best elephantids ever done.

As with the Antediluvian Collection, all my Paleocraft models are unpainted.
I just love their Rodin-like creamy resin look - although I also love what Martin does with them :).

Thanks for the comments.
I have just a couple of figures on the way to my home.
I'm stopping ordering because I'll go on vacation in about two weeks from now.
So a couple of post left then we will see again in September.

...just a preview from Mr. Martin Garratt about my new Tamiya Chasmosaurus kit (1:35)..
Marilyn will send it after my holidays (in late August) and I just can't wait.

Here it is:

What do you think?

:)

ceratopsian

Definitely a hit. I like the way the mother gets darker towards her rear legs.  Especially good patterning on her tail too.

Usually prehistoric-figure-collectors think that Cenozoic period is boring..  :-\
Personally I think it's not; but toy companies don't think so and there aren't so many figures on the market (Mesozoic rules).
So that's my contribution to the "Cenozoic needs more love" campaign.  :))

Smilodon is one of the most common figure from the period.
I have a quite large Smilodon collection (more or less 23 models).
You can find the complete album here:

I also have a quite large collection of prehistoric and extant elephants.

Paleozoo is an australian company created by the paleo-artist Bruce Currie.
It's focused on creatures from Ediacaran to Permian age.
The figures are 3D printed (and colored) in "Full Color Sandstone" material and are extremely well done (and impressive).  8)
The models are very well packaged with an info card.
Now you can order most of the Paleozoo figures directly from Shapeways (but without info card and Paleozoo box ).
In the past I bought all my Paleozoo figures directly from Australia (and Customs taxes were quite high..  :'( ).
So I decided to order from Shapeways Europe.
..well, all's perfect..

Paleozoo (Shapeways) Anomalocaris   (3D printed in Coated Full Color Sandstone):

Glad to hear you had a good experience ordering them through Shapeways!
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Yes, no problem at all from Shapeways Europe.  ^-^
Paleozoo figures from Shapeways are cheaper than original website (shipping cost is lower, no Customs tax) but they still remain pricey models..  ::)
( Also I strongly suggest the "Coated" option ).

I love "retro" dinosaurs from my childhood..   O:-)
And new Schleich figures are perfect for that retro-style.  ;)

So, here it is:  Gwangi versus Caveman
(a perfect old b-movie)

I really like vintage dinos  :))

..and also a bulky Saichania..
