Thanks, we're really hoping they assist us in getting more word out.  Keith is a great artist and friend, I don't know as we would have come this far without his help.

Blade, your park is about to hit the "Big Time"!!

How are you going to keep them down on the farm after they've seen Backyard Terrors.

lol we're about home grown attractions for those with little money, as long as we keep providing something cool I think they'll stick around. Why go elsewhere right ? ;)

I've been thinking on my small Dinosaur Art and Memorabilia Museum idea, it would basically be converting half my basement which houses the majority of my collection into a " museum ".  I already think glass cases and such will be needed to keep little fingers from walking off with things.  But as it's my collection nothing is really labeled, I have dinosaurs organized by species, by company, ect..just all sort of piled in. Most I've shown just say it's awesome and over whelming to see so much all in one place.   So should I re-organize and label by any specific way ? I'm also hoping to  build some more dioramas too.   Opinions and thoughts welcome !

DinoLord

Awesome-looking brochure; I'll definitely have to visit if I ever head down south.

I think it'd be great to display your collection in glass cases. I would organize by taxonomic group mainly, with a chronological progression for each group display (like for ceratopsians have Psittacosaurus, Protoceratops, Chasmosaurus, etc.). You could also do a few displays on some well-known fossil formations like the Morrison or Hell Creek (this is where dioramas could work well). Another thing you could do is have one display of outdated dinosaur toys; it would make a great opportunity to help explain the process of scientific revisionism and such.

That's where I think displaying a line like the Carnegie Collection would be good.  I am also looking to get some of the Kinto Oldies pieces and use them to show a progression in our understanding of dinosaurs.

We're always looking for donations, and it will take quite a bit to get this done so feel free to share and let everyone know what we're trying to do !

Triceratops progress :

This guy is going a bit slower, we're just not getting the funds for him we received for the T-Rex for some reason. I mean I know Rex is super popular..but Triceratops has his fans for sure :
