Not sure if he'd be old enough for it but there is one made by the company kaiyodo. Then again I was 8 when I got my first and only Kaiyodo

Well done Brachiosaurus!  I only found somewhere that figure was being offered with other Kaiyodo figures and I was about to let dylansdinocollection know, but you managed to find somewhere it's sold on its own!  I missed that one only because its name is misspelt! :))

Brachiosaurus thank you!!! You are a rock star!!! Cant thank you enough :) :) I am so excited for Dylan !

Megalosaurus

Hello. Glad you got what you were looking for.
Be aware that this is a very tiny model. Also I suggest you to glue all the parts before give it as a present.

There's also another tiny model part of Yowies. But is chubbi and more cartonish:

Is the orange one.

I would definitely advise your son as to the importance of gentle handling with this figure. The material those older Kaiyodos are made of is on the brittle side and could break if too much force is applied (dropped or smashed into something). Ideally the figure would be used more for looking and gentle handling.

Dinolord and Megalosaurus yes I know what you mean once I bought a Kaiyodo prehistoric fish I think it started with a t lol and I had to glue it together. They are small and delicate and Dylan loves and cares for them all the same. He treasures each one of them and knows which ones are allowed to get muddy and which ones are better for an indoor scene where he puts up a forest and swamps ect . He has a great imagination and knows each dinosaurs habitat its truly amazing! Thank you for all your input I really do appreciate it . I am wondering can you buy the orange lystrosaurus above he is very cute? I did buy the Kaiyodo one too.

Amazing I found a guy selling his Lystrosaurus made by Cadbury the little orange one !

There is also a Lystrosaurus in the Predators line. Placerias, too.

Are you referring to this line?: http://dinotoyforum.proboards.com/thread/3654/predators-german-oddities-spain  This is the first time I've come across this line!  And... it's also the first time I've seen Lystrosaurus represented as a sauropod...

That is the second series ( Volcano Battle ). The first series ( Return of the Dinosaurs ) has a proper Lystrosaurus. They probably used the check list for the first series as a template but forgot some names.

Edit: Here it is. And a correct sheet for series 2:
