Lanthanotus, as I say at the end of the video: "give Geoworld a chance" ;)

Here's a new one. I had to push out these videos because I was generating a backlog of unopened deliveries. That's the trouble with recording unboxings - you have to wait until you have time to record and resist the temptation to open them in the meantime.

[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

Those are kinda cute! The ichthyosaur looks a lot like the recent Schleich version, which in turn looks a lot like a Raul Martín illustration:

I looked these guys up on eBay and the Dunkleosteus is also very much Schleich inspired. The plesiosaur looks familiar but I can't put my finger on it.

Yeah, I saw these ones on ebay, I even wanted to pick them up because the ichthyosaur looks like the little Schleich one.
Also the Liopleurodon looks like the TS toys WwD
Knock off Liopleurodon.

That purple plesiosaur is the smallest one in my extensive collection. The one I've got is the monochrome one with no paint, but it is a very soft, squishy plastic. I do wonder how the painted one would compare tactiley...

Top 10 figures of 2017. Videos on the channel now include an excellent snazzy title animation by the very skilled Patrx. Thanks so much Patrx!

Very cool video indeed!

Does the Eofauna steppe mammoth mark the first time a toy has made it into a Top Ten video without having been reviewed on the blog?

I don't think so but it is definitely more obscure than your typical top 10 figure!
