This is, without a doubt, how dinosaurs (ecspecially carnivorous dinosaurs) sounded and acted like, as exhibited by a modern day animal. Enjoy and feast your eyes:

Is there an alternate universe in which dinosaurs collect figures of people?

I don't understand, dinosaurs are pretty far removed from lizards so neither this behavior nor vocalization is supported by any real evidence. It's highly unlikely a dinosaur would react like this, the gecko's movements are heavily determined by its size and leg posture for example.

That being said, it basically sounds like a very nasally bird, so in that regard the sound is "plausible".

Just very confused is all.

I think it's a joke? CarnegieCollector is what I consider our resident comedian  :)

Don't you remember the thread about cooking prehistoric things?  :))
Anyway the videos I posted are a good, real example of how some dinosaurs might have acted lol  :D

On a serious note, I think the gecko sounds right for maybe a small maniraptoran or a hatchling dino of some sort.

I thought it was funny that the lizard calmed down once he was in the palm. Must've been the cold floor making it crabby.  ;D

I like being considered the local comedian  8)
But you gotta admit, it would be very scary for a dinosaur to make that sound. I'll set the scene:

The night has just fallen. A flock of Ornithomimus are cautiously laying down to slumber. From the forest, a Tyrannosaurus rex watches them. Suddenly, he tears through the trees, screeching that terrifying sound:
"SWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECCHHHHHHHHH".

Scary stuff, amirte?

On a more serious note, I love the raptor animation! You never really see dinosaurs acting like animals other than birds or reptiles, and for some reason, a foxes behavior seems to be perfect for a raptor.

I like this a whole lot. Not only is the animation and creature design well done, but I appreciate the comparison with foxes. I've always imagined small dromaeosaurs, velociraptorines in particular, to have a similar ecological niche to extant foxes.

Oh! That Gecko is a Fury! I will be scared with a giant angry Gecko!
The video of the Fox is fantastic, the Raptor animation...
I didn't imagine that cassoways do this sounds. I don't know why they didn't used it for a dinosaur sound in Jp, probably because his sound do think at an angry dog?

Predasaurskillekor
Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.
