Collecta simply outdone themselves with the Styracosaurus and Kronosaurus! Both outstanding models, for lack of better words. And either this guy is lucky or Collecta Kronosaurus is not affected by the warping on flippers which most of Safaris seen up to this point are. For me another practical reason to prefer the Collecta version over Safari's.

Regaliceratops and Einiosaurus look very nice too, a significant improvement over Collecta's past ceratopsians. The detail and paint app seem to be much more refined than on Xenoceratops and Medusaceratops, for instance.

And the standard models are big like the heads of the two deluxes, I just can't discern if the standards are very, very tiny or the deluxes are huge instead.

I'm definitely a Papo fan but 2017 is the Collecta year for me, hands down.

I'm most excited about the Excalibosaurus, too. Guess I'll have to wait until summer for the Xiphactinus and Leedsichthys!

It looks like I'll have to wait that long too for the Dimorphodon... :)
Don't you hate it when you legitimately compliment someone's mustache and she gets angry with you?

I really like the styracosaurus, regaliceratops, deinocheirus and kronosaurus of Collecta without underestimating the rest. Are fabulous. Thanks for the video is a gift for the view.

The styracosaurus looks huge to be a medium-sized ceraptoside is a wonder do not have to envy Favorite.

So  was it confirmed stores in the states won't be stocking the new ones?  Wondering if an order from Minizoo wouldnt be a bad option...

TheRaptorSlayer

I am absolutely loving that Styracosaurus as well!  ^-^ The Kronosaurus looks quite good too. I liked them all but these ones were my absolute favourites!
So your world's benign?
So you think justice has a voice
And we all have a choice?
Well now your world is mine...
And I am fine...

It looks like Dejankins at least still expects to stock them.

Wow, is it me, or did the Deluxe range models got a real size upgrade this year? Or are the regular models just smaller than usual?

I was thinking that too. They look gigantic.

According to CollectA, there is a difference now between "Deluxe" and "Deluxe Supreme".
Quote: Here is the text from CollectA:

"Following the great success of CollectA's model of the pterosaur Guidraco in 2015, we have this year produced a second model in the Supreme series. This time we present the Early Jurassic British pterosaur Dimorphodon whose remains were first discovered by the famed Mary Anning in England in 1828.The animal was of medium size and its name means 'two tooth form' referring to the two types of teeth found in its jaws. The wingspan was around 1.45m. It probably spent much of its time in the trees and was adept at climbing. CollectA's model will have articulated jaws."

So...Supreme it is!  ;D

The Kronosaurus looks to be around the same size as the Pliosaurus, which is presently CollectA's largest sea monster toy. I don't own their Deluxe Triceratops, but I think the Styracosaurus is slightly larger. Just have to wait and see more comparison images.

I think I might get Regaliceratops and Einiosaurus and maybe Gigantspinosaurus. I would need to see more pictures of them before I decide.

I'll message him and make sure. I know he found a supplier last year to help at a 20% price increase.  Dan had mentioned to me he was looking at dropping them until they found a better supplier.

Well, that's great news for American collectors!

The acrocanthosaurus Schleich is ugly with greed I do not think even the children like this figure, honestly speaking.

I made a mistake when I wrote and I went to Collecta's thread. I am so sorry.

After seeing that video a couple pages back with the Lexovisaurus and Gigantspinosaurus side by side, it's really breathtaking how much CollectA has improved.
Once a man is tired of dinosaurs, he is tired of life; for there is in a dinosaur all that life can afford.

But I would like both the gigantspinosaurus and the two ceratopsids (regaliceratops and einiosaurus) not to be as small as that figure, I would prefer them to a scale of xenoceratops of the same brand.
