Pachyrhinosaurus

Can't say much about the gallimimus (though I like that they look less gray since the first trailer), however McCreery's concept art of the stegosaurus for TLW looked like this:

Not that it fully justifies it, but the tail, though not dragging, is low-slung.

I noticed those Stegos as well and thought that was odd - I really liked TLW Stegos, they were well made and the toy version is awesome. Whatever made the design team NOT reference the old movies?

Didn't see these two new Featurettes posted yet. The second one just came out on the 25th! You really get some great visuals of the I-Rex. Still no T. rex, though.
(My apologies in advance if I missed them and they were posted prior.)

I think the Rex being " hidden" is on purpose. They want to focus on Indominus as the threat.  Also people are already asking " Where's the T-Rex?" increasing hype and tension for when we finally see her.

I still think that the bit in the trailer where Claire is opening a large door and holding a flare is her luring out Rexy to face down Indominus.
I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?

Yep. Totally agree with you, Blade! I was just a little surprised with these new releases how much they are showing now of the I-rex. I thought maybe they'd also keep its entire image a little more discreet in the promos -- not giving us too much so we'd go in wanting to see more. Still though, I'm getting more and more psyched about it! It will definitely be my b-day movie this year! ^-^

I can't wait to see this movie and I don't even think it will be good. I'm just excited for the cinema experience and the ensuing fan fallout >:D I'm odd like that.

Honestly, they had to show more of the I-rex.  Continuing to hide it after we see it in all of the merch would be a little silly.  :P

I know this has been discussed before, but I just came out of Target, and boy are those toys a disappointment to those of us who remember the JP I and JP TLW toy lines!  Even the JP III toys look awesome in retrospect.  They shrunk the "regular size" toys, and while the pull the tail up and down feature is a nice one, the overall quality is a big disappointment.  Especially the TRex.  The lack of diversity in the types of dino toys is also disappointing.  The large 4-raptor pack (Target special only) looks nice enough, but the raptors suffer not only from pronation inaccuracies but a lack of features (movable lower jaws would have been neat) ...

The "new" dinosaur is well, not a dinosaur, just a cartoony monster that looks out of place among the others ....

Strange, given that everyone was complaining that it looked like a generic theropod. Personally, I like how versatile its arms are.

Time to weed out those who won't stick with the franchise >:D

I was talking about the toy.  Disappointing.  Human-like arms.  "Sigh*

Better designed, more anatomically correct toys.  Like Kenner and Hasbro did in 1993 and 1997.  As an example - the Chaos line had some well-designed "monsters".

I guess it is down to preference, but I am really happy we got a strange but believable theropod instead of a freak show like Ultimasaurus.

That raptor 4-pack stinks, not because of pronated wrists(It's JP, it's going to happen) or no features, but because they're not raptors.  They're generic therapods trying to be the Raptor Squad and failing due to lack of a sickle claw. *sigh* Hasbro?  You suck.  You straight up suck.  You might as well have given T-rex 3 fingers or taken away Spinosaurus's spine or give teeth to a Pteranodon, oh wait, they did that last one.

Big Spoiler: I also just heard that dilophosaurus are not supposed to have been in the press screening, meaning they will probably not be in the film, or at least nothing more than references.

Aw. I had this idea, based off the lego set, that the kids would run into a Dilophosaurus when they get to the ruins of the old park. It'd make sense too as the movie is pushing the nostalgia button SO HARD with the retrosaurs, why not bring back the one dinosaur that everyone remembers from the first one but wasn't in any of the others?

Interestingly enough the JP3 Pteranodon toy (the smaller one at least) is toothless.
