A great find on eBay from a few years back. Was going for the Laramis (the entire line is present except for the Plesiosaurus) and was glad get some bonus JP figures. The Inpro and Starlux figures however were a complete surprise!

My second JW toy by Hasbro. It's okay. I briefly saw it in local stores just prior to the movie's opening, then never again...

That's okay.  Isn't it?

I would say so, considering the number of vintage figures it contains. The Starlux Cephalaspis by itself has ocasionally fetched that much.

I scored these at the Oertijdmuseum in Boxtel a few years ago, together with some... other stuff (one of the finest catches I ever did that turned out to be!). :)

The rest of the aforementioned lot I bought at the Oertijdmuseum back in the day, a few Invicta Glyptodons and a huge load of PV amphibians:

By the way, Roselaar, have you ever had in your collections repeated figures of large size prehistoric mammals from Play Visions? I am interested in the big size palorchestes, smilodon and andrewsarchus, although UK (to which I am enormously and eternally grateful) I bought him an andrewsarchus. I would like to obtain those figures. If you are interested some day or have among your figures those mythical mammals and that excite because for me that American company is mythical in those figures, you know where you have a safe buyer.

On the other hand if you are interested in selling me (if you have any left) a mini tyrannosaurus rex Battat (the only and last figure that I lack of that beautiful brand) I would buy it.

For me these four figures (three mammals from Play Visions and mini tyrannosaurus from Battat) mean a lot to me.

Sorry, still missing in my own collection. I doubt that will ever change... :-/

Best merchandise for the first JW movie: the Lego sets! Better dinosaur figures that Hasbro's... The new JWFK sets are okay, but not as good as these.

This is a very legit question: Could you estimate how much this collection is worth?

Thanks for the photos dear Roselaar I especially love the Kaiyodo figures of the capsule of ceraptoside. I give faith because I have it thanks to Brett that these figures are beautiful and impressive. Especially his diabloceratops is epic. Thank you for sharing these beautiful photographs of your outstanding collection, Roselaar.

No. A lot, I reckon. But only for the right people. For others it's all plastic junk. :)

Flea market finds from like three years past:

And at this point three years ago the JW collectables started dripping in in earnest.

Well, you know the old saying: one man's trash is another man's treasure. Of course that can lead to some nice finds for cheap.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Some Bullyland and Kaiyodo figures I traded for PV amphibians several years back. They were a great investment. :)

Lizerd

They do look nice, like really nice.
This kinda reminds me of the comic book guy from the Simpsons

The procynosuchus is an emblematic figure in the golden age of Bullyland. I'm glad I bought it on eBay and at a very affordable price (it cost me 20 euros approximately) compared to its initial price of 100 euros is to feel lucky.
