Thanks, all!
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

My positive five-star vote for Brett and Emiko for the styracosaurus, parasaurolophus and ankylosaurus of Favorite Kinto. They came to me without any problem and avoiding the dreaded customs retentions.  :)

Shonisaurus

My highest score (five points) to Bowhead Whale XXX for the ouranosaurus Battat in perfect condition. I am eternally grateful.

It has been a great gift for Christmas.  :)

Sadly I have to leave some mixed feedback for Minizoo (and I suppose in all fairness, for Australia and Canada Post).

Almost every item arrived bent, and the box was beat up with many dents and the structure of it was only being held together with the packing tape.

Nothing so severe I would consider requesting a refund or anything like that, but I have to caution because this package was prepared so poorly.

Package arrived rapidly considering the distance it traveled especially since I got the cheapest shipping option, but I should expect more than the items being thrown in more or less loose with just packing peanuts. The only "real" packing materials were some cardboard and wrapping on the CollectA Dimorphodon, which I'm fairly certain is how they arrive to the retailers.

Let this be a listen to us all, packing peanuts aren't ever good enough!

*edit*
Don't get me wrong, I still recommend buying through them, but this really was a shoddy job of packing.

is there a possibility that the postal service repacked/repaired the box after getting it damaged through transit?
"you know you have a lot of prehistoric figures if you have at least twenty items per page of the prehistoric/dinosaur section on ebay." - anon.

My congratulations and thanks to the team at www.everythingdinosaur.co.uk for the PNSO tyrannosaurus rex sent to me by a shipping method that avoided the tedious customs system with the paid fees.

Five stars to both Mike and the rest of the Everythingdinosaur team, especially Sue who treated me sensationally.  :)

Gwangi

A very big positive for Amargasaurus cazaui who went above and beyond to make our trade agreement work. Thanks Amara, always a pleasure!

Doug Watson

A positive for Stargatedalek for accepting my swap offer for her Jurassic Park book set. A deal 65 Million Years in the making, well actually only 3 years from when I first inquired about them.  :D
