Due to the Photobucket mess, the old thread about the Favorite Desktop Model line is almost without pictures and really hard to fix properly  :-[
I'm a Favorite collector so I thought about starting a new thread about the line that could be useful as a reference guide.
I hope you'll like it.  :)
Any suggestion about missing figures in my list will be greatly appreciated.

(Pictures are partly from my collection and partly from the web)

Let's start with OLDIES figures by Kazunari Araki:
(a line designed to simulate old and vintage looking figures)

The "1920" Tyrannosaurus  - inspired by Knight -.
(I've been searching for this piece for years now.. )

The "1950" Tyrannosaurus

The Oldies Brachiosaurus

The Oldies Triceratops

The 1850 Crystal Palace Iguanodon

Iguanodon  (inspired by Burian)

Thanks for doing this. Some of these are gorgeous. I just received the ankylosaurus in the mail, it's even better in person.

I didn't know too..  ::)
Favorite showed these pictures on his FB page on May 2017 and I was really surprised because I never heard of it too...
The text was in Japanese and my on-line translator didn't work very well.
So I don't know what's the beast that Allosaurus are attacking.
Maybe a young Diplodocus or a young Camarasaurus... :-[

Hi Robin.

It's obviously a Diplodocus,
Here's few words from creators - open it with TRANSLATE or CHROME for English :

Huskies

I have never seen the allosaurus attack diorama. I heard they had quality issue with this one.

postsaurischian

I also haven't seen the new Allosaurus diorama yet. I'd like to have it.
The most beautiful things often are the rarest ::) ;D.

I don't think so, looks complete to me.

The third Fukui museum exclusive is a Fukuiraptor, not Fukuisaurus ;).

Thank you for putting this thread together.  There are pieces in there I'm not familiar with.  It's going to be a great resource for us all.

Shonisaurus

Thank you for the great pictures of Favorite resin dinosaurs.

All are magnificent (I even have some of their figures stored in my cabinets) for example the styracosaurus that rivals in beauty with the PVC of Collecta. On the other hand I pay a lot of attention to the resin allosaurus of Favorite for me they are the nicest allosaurus I have seen in the resin market.

I would like someday a PVC dinosaur toy company to make similar figures of allosaurus or a Fukuiraptor of the same beauty with which its resin theropods make Favorite.

Gorgeus collection.  :P
