Nice thought.
I will definitely consider it seriously ... :)

:D Impressive Dinoland collection! Only three of the vinyl models seem to be missing.
I have never seen a pre-painted version of the Stegosaurus. I guess it is the pre-painted version?

Ha! I think I have seen that garrattized Psittacosaurus somewhere before :).

What's that Elasmotherium in the last pic?

BrontoScorpio

I kind of like better the newer version of the Kaiyodo DINOLAND 1/20 Stegosaurus.
( I think it's the most beautiful Stegosaurus ever ).
This one ( probably from the 80th ) kind of remind me the Horizon Stegosaurus.
Even though I have to admit I always saw this version as a kit, never as pre-made.
nice find '  Invicta Hunter'

First of all you have a great collection filled with freakin massive models!
But one question, what is that huuuge Brachiosaurus (aka Giraffititan) in the third picture?

... That Blue-ish Sauropod is one seriously BIG figure ... what's the story with that one? ...
The blue-ish sauropod is a Kaiyodo Dinoland 1/20 scale Brachiosaurus model kit.
I'm the one who answered the question though...

Yeah not many more to go until i have them all. Id love to have the Saltasaurus but the only ones i ever see are the unpainted kits and im more into the premade ones. The older Stegosaurus was the kit version i think. I bought it second hand so i don't know for sure but i think the older models were only released in kit form.

I thought you might recognize that Psittacosaurus  ;) It's still one of the best trades i've ever had, thank you again for it.

The Elasmotherium is a sculpture that i bought from Japan. The sculptor often sells different ones on Yahoo Japan auctions and i have a couple of others from him like the Rodhocetus in the first photo.

Im the same as you, i like the newer version better.

So, Why don't I see it on the pic - don't you have it ? ( Yes, I know it's not that easy to come by ... )

I dont have it...yet.
I think there was only a kit version of it released but still i wouldn't mind buying one and having someone make/paint it for me.

BrontoScorpio

I happen to have a spare (!) one ( would you imagine that ... ).
Maybe we could trade something.

Impressive Collection, really love it! I wish one of the major companies would release a Elasmotherium, that figure you have is awesome.
So is that a Rodhocetus, now that one is special, nice find!

Haha, so that's where they all are! Would you consider reviewing it for the Dinotoyblog so we can complete the WWD by Toyway page? O:-)

Invicta Hunter

I would rather leave that to Chad if he would.
His one is in far better condition than my two and would look so much better in the photos.

I noticed it right off the bat. Its a beautiful figure! Who made the Iguanadon? I cant say ive seen one like that before. A nice peek into your collection there sir! Can't wait to see what else you reveal to us :)

Im not too sure who made it, I have an idea but im not sure if it's correct. Anyway it's retro and very cool, that's good enough for me.
Steve aka UK found one in the Bristol museum if im not mistaken, there was also others from the set there as well.

Is it made of a plaster or composite material or is it a polhstone type figure? Very awrsomr and honestly oneof my favorite vintage reconstruction styles. :)

Im not sure what it's made of, it's quite heavy. It's from the late 70's so it's hard finding any info about it.
Here's Steve's photo of the museum display.

These models were also used in postcards.

Is this another? This one, and several other species, is in the Access Artefacts collection of Nottingham City Museums & Galleries. They are often brought out for handling sessions at Wollaton Hall (which is when I took this photo).
