Great review Tim.  Now, what's for dessert?

Thanks! (Thanks also to everyone for the kind comments on the Dunkleosteus review.) For dessert, I'm thinking lutefisk.

The DTB's very first plant review!

Sadly the review is missing the third, retired one.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Ha! Good one. I review in waves though, I'll do like one a week for a month or so and then it kind of dies down and I go a few months without reviewing anything. The biggest problem is models to review, almost every model I own has already been written about. Also time of course. It's winter right now so it's a good time to write.
I don't know how Suspsy does it. He's been reviewing for less than half the time I have yet already outnumbered me in reviews posted. And he gets them out quick, at least one a week of his own and then he also posts guest reviews too. He's the one really keeping the blog alive. Before he came along there were only a couple posted a month.

Plants, Sloths, and an earth dino, that's a diverse group of reviews.

I used to only write about one review a month which I felt was a good pace, since there were only a couple of reviews a month total back then.  Then one day during the holiday season a new writer came along and really put me on my toes as it felt every other day there was a new review.   I had to "keep up with the Joneses", and started doing more reviews, as Suspsy is a machine.   :)  I remember a period a couple of years ago where Gwangi did around eleven reviews in a two month period and I thought that was awesome.  Combine that with their fine writing, it sets the bar high, it makes me work a little harder.  Not trying to over do it with adoration or flattery, just saying there is a lot of good guest and regular reviewers on the blog, and the past couple of reviews were diverse, well written, and deserve a quick approving high five.

Ah yes, that was probably me at my peak. Although this past summer I did write a lot what with being stuck home with my baby daughter and all. Now it's winter and I'm a "part-time-stay-at-home-dad" so I try to fit in at least one review a week. I should probably focus my writing on articles I would get paid for but the reviews are just too much fun, and a bit easier to write than a proper magazine article. But I'm glad you like my reviews. Early on in my review writing I had a lot of doubts and despite asking for criticism from my peers I seldom got any so I'm glad to know there are a few readers who enjoy them. I still have doubts that I actually write good reviews but I think that's natural for anyone who creates something; art, writing, music etc. Anyway, reviewing is a big part of my collecting hobby at this point. To the point where I seldom buy something I can't review. So I'm here to stay, whether people like it or not.  :)

Thank you. I'm very happy if I've shaken things up on the DTB. Although at some point, I will run out of toys to review on a weekly basis. :(

Really wonderful review supsy  ^-^.
[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?
