Well, strictly speaking, it's just a cone, the rest of the tree isn't known, and unless it were found in association it would be hard to link them together anyway. It has a taxonomically confusing set of characteristics, somewhere between Araucaria and voltzialeans. That combination is why they've named it Chimaerostrobus ("chimera cone").
