Lio, if a member/user is offline, you will not see the word "Offline" next to their icons. However if they are online, there will be a little green square next to their user icons on their profile page So you can tell, but you must go to the profile page right now.

It may depend whether you reply using the quick reply box at the bottom of the page, or the standard reply area.
There are about a million admin options and I'm still getting used to what controls what

Avatars uploaded before I made this change are set to 60 wide, so if you want them bigger you will need to upload them again. Avatars that are linked to (rather than uploaded) are automatically resized to the new max.

See earlier in this thread - I don't think it happens every pm? Maybe it happens every session? I can probably remove it if it continues to be a bother.

You can set this yourself in your forum profile under notifications. To reply also to the PM you send, the forum profile area is also where you can add your avatar ands signature.
