How about this guy.
As far as I know, the company behind that is unknown. But it is an original mold.

Isn't that the nee Papo Stygimoloch?

Blade-of-the-Moon

I bought it on eBay but I don't think a manufacturer was mentioned.

It might be sold under more than one name, but my copy has the name "Mofun" embossed on its belly.

In-hand photo:

Most of their offerings are knock-offs, but as far as I can tell this one doesn't have anything to do with the Papo version.

This is a pretty old toy of mine, it looks like Nothosaurus, but I can't find any images of it online. It only says China underneath:

Anyone know what it is?

It's a Nothosaurus for sure. i think it's at least circa 1980's , probably a chinasaur.

I have the very same animal figure and didn´t find out anything about its origin either. I like the combination of an unusual species choice in a very cheap looking figure.

avatar_Funk @Funk That nothosaur mold was originally made by Imperial. Whereas they usually stamp their brand onto the large hollow plastic figures, I'm less sure about the smaller rubber ones. So I can't tell you whether that's an original or some kind of knockoff. Here's a photo (not mine, it's saved from eBay) of one with its original package and some of the screamers it came with.

That was a allosaurus the whole time! I thought it was a rajasaurus and i thought the palaeoscincus was a postosuchus relative from india called Alanderasaurus

Niiice, turns out I had them all! Wow, Podokesaurus, I thought it was an ornithomomisaur, quite a few obscure taxa in that set... Perhaps worth reviewing some simply because few toys exist of those taxa.

But whoops, now I remember I drew eyes and other stuff on some of them as a kid, so they might not exactly be in their original condition...

A toy this imaginative can be whatever you wish! But Imperial started making this toy 20 years before Rajasaurus was described. I'm not familiar with the Postosuchus relative you refer to, any more information? I'm very interested in the paleontology of Gondwanan fragments, including India.

Yeah, to my knowledge this is the only Podokesaurus in existence! And one of very few Imperials I own.

avatar_Halichoeres @Halichoeres  Alanderasaurus is just a made up name my brother told me, because i had this figure before and kept asking him what dinosaur it is, so he got annoyed and he said Alanderasaurus.  The reason i thought it was indian was because I grew up in a indian household. So i started calling the figure, "Raju", a alternative form of Raja/Raji it means king, because i heard this name on a movie. Yeah, and the reason it was a rauisuchian/prestosuchian was because when i was watching walking with dinosaurs, the postosuchus(which resembles a prestosuchian by todays standards), i noticed my figure of the "Alanderasaurus" looked like the postosuchus.

I want to say it's a JP3 knockoff? Lots of weird things were made for the JP films, erasers, toothbrush stands, banks, and seems like I've seen it before.

edit : found it :https://www.ebay.com/itm/Universal-Studios-2001-Exclusive-Spinosaurus-Jurassic-Park-Cup-Topper/273908901576?hash=item3fc63e26c8:g:j5gAAOSwn4FdFwBF

Bought this on eBay yesterday. It says "Kaiyodo Kabaya Dinoworld Protoceratops". I'm pretty sure Kabaya is owned by Takara Tomy, right? I don't know what this is, honestly.

CityRaptor

I wouldn't give too much about the name. A lot sellers are really dishonest about those.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Kabaya is a candy company, so I don't think TT owns them, but it's possible that when Kabaya sells toys, they farm out the manufacturing to TT or other companies. This Protoceratops is part of Kabaya's Dino World series, a few of which are shown here: https://toyanimal.info/wiki/Kabaya. I think there were 24 in the set, so you should find a number between 1 and 23 somewhere, probably on the bottom of the eggshell. If I recall correctly, no. 24 was a chase figure diorama of a fossil dig site. Somewhere I have this whole set, which I've been meaning to photograph for toyanimal.info and dinotoycollector.com. I hope that helps.

avatar_Halichoeres @Halichoeres thanks for the info. I had no clue where it came from. I guess I must have thought Kabaya was owned by Takara because of all the Transformers models they made.
