The forum has a section for kits and a section for toys, but these aren't really either. Because they don't require any assembly on the part of the buyer, I'm putting it in toys. Mods can move it if they think another place is more appropriate.

Artificial Animals is a one-man operation in Spain, making life-size (or occasionally larger) replicas of both extant and extinct animals. Currently there are 19 extinct models on offer, but there is also a Seymouria in the works. Here are the rest:

Acanthodes

Ardipithecus ramidus bust

Ateleaspis

Boreaspis

Cambroraster

Concavenator head mount

Coccosteus

Eusthenopteron

Falcatus

Homo heidelbergensis bronze bust

Homo neanderthalensis bronze bust

Mixopterus hunting Ateleaspis

Pikaia

Smilodon head mount

Smilodon I feel like you need to actually own a museum to have a place for this

Thylacinus

Thylacoleo bust

Velociraptor

Velociraptor half-mount
