For me the last really good figure from Schleich was the Diabloceratops of 2019. Since then, their figures have been ugly, often on tripods, sometimes grotesque.  Honestly, no 2021 figure makes me want to buy it, they are totally outdated compared to the PNSO unless the goal of his collection is to collect all the toys ok, but if you like the "museum" side and scientific esthetics, Schleich doesn't have any chance.
Schleich gave us the most accurate tupuxara and tapejera imperetor so they have chance.

Shrek 4 is an underrated masterpiece

This almost made me spit out my tea while scrolling!

Honestly the kaprosuchus is by far the best figure of Schleich 2021 judging by the excellent video, this kaprosuchus is at the same level of genius and beauty as its Safari counterpart.

avatar_Primeval12 @Primeval12 that's absolutely amazing lmao
Also looks like it has some weird slit reptile pupil in that picture, not really a fan of this one compared to the Dracorex.
The colors on the Ceratosaurus still look pretty nice but the teeth are really quite blunt, I get that's for safety but not too big of a fan.
The sloppy paint on the Kaprosuchus' teeth is sad but otherwise (feel like the blunt teeth look a bit better here) it still seems like the best new model, may really pick it up next year.

Faelrin

Is that paint spill over on the Kaprosuchus jaws? That's pretty bad if it is. Eye paint looking a bit sloppy too (same for the Ceratosaurus). It mainly appears on the one side. And unless they changed it up (which happened to the Ceratosaurus having red on the head) from the promo pic there wasn't any white there previously.

Also the inside of the mouth of the Ceratosaurus looks pretty bad too. Why is there bright red applied on the tongue when there is already pink?

Are they cutting corners with quality control because of covid? Or are they gradually getting worse to begin with? I recall the 2019 Spinosaurus had sloppy teeth but I feel like the issues on these are worse, more numerous.

That is one of the ugliest Pachycephalosaurus toys ever.

The Kaprosuchus sucks too. I am sorry to be so blunt but it looks so awkward when its mouth is shut. Its teeth are also too thick for my liking. I'll stick with the Safari one I think.

Duna

Kaprosuchus, which was the best of them, looks like a saber toothed cat.  :'( The pachycephalosaurus hurts just at a glance, it's millions of year away from the dracorex, what was a master piece.

I know that the Ceratosaurus should probably invoke the JPIII one, but it makes me think of a Chinasaur.

Regarding the Pachy, I found this on Deviantart:

Regaring the Pterosaurs: Even if they are decent, the fact that one has to purchase a lot of useless junk to obtain them is a major turn off. And for both of those species there are better offerings.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

So does that mean you think it's a great figure, or just the best of the 2021 Schleich bunch? Honestly, I don't think it's that great a figure....it seems that the jaw seam is even more prominent that normal for those with movable jaws. And the teeth are just too large & think for my taste, they look comical and unrealistic. And the fact that they are blinding white doesn't help. For the first time in years I think I will be giving all the 2021 Schelichs a pass & spend my money on next year's Papos, Safaris, & CollectAs.

Chinasaurs are among the best Dinosaur toys being produced nowadays.
Times they are a-changin' ;) .

CityRaptor

Well, yeah, PNSO and some other brands of Chinese origin...and of course most figures are made in China. Maybe I should have specified cheap Chinasaur? Not downright the worst of the worst, but one of the better cheap Chinasaurs? Clearly we need a better term.

OMG.

The teeth of kaprosuchus looks awful.
And why so much white paint on upper jaw.

Dinoxels

The Kaprosuchus has taken such a fall from grace. What a shame, well that's less money spent on Schleich.
Most (if not all) Rebor figures are mid
