Standing in a special place, the triumvirate rules the lands of my collection...

Shonisaurus

You have a set of masterpieces from the paleoartistic point, the Collecta 2016 spinosaurus and the fabulous feathered tyrannosaurus rex of Safari 2017 by Doug Watson and the giganotosaurus of Safari 2017. What three great figures.

I congratulate you MLMip is a luxury triumvirate.

Halichoeres

Nice choices for those theropods!

New assets for my Jurassic Park/World:

It seems that soon I will face one of the worst enemies collectors have....the lack of space!

Halichoeres

If you're worried about space, I'm sure that Tyrannosaurus would be happy to help you store some of your herbivore figures in its belly...

Can you spot the difference with the previous picture?  ;)

Yeah, the lighting is different and the angle has slightly changed. :)

Lovely little growing JW2 collection!

Yeah, I see that a certain Pterosaur has flown in. I have five of these from your photo and am really liking the dynamic of the Thrash n Throw rex. It sits up high on the top of a bookshelf in my study so you don't see the big feet just the nice curve on that neckline and a yellow eye looking down at you. The articulation allows the head to be angled left or right, as if it is looking over at you.

We have some assets out of containment....

(Whispering: Go T.rex, GO!)

Remember my lonely Safari Velociraptor? It has some company now, both dinosaurian and cybertonian....

Shonisaurus

The figures of dinosaurs among which are those of Doug Watson are the best there is in the market. I congratulate you on your acquisitions.

On the other hand spinosaurus and tyrannosaurus rex of Jurassic Park of Mattel are very good figures.

Of course, those are the only differences.  ;)

Thank you Shonisaurus, although I have had those Safaris for a long time, I just did not show them here. Also the Spinosaurus is not from Mattel is the JP3 one by Hasbro, although Mattel´s Spino will join it soon.

And yes, Doug Wantson makes great figures. He has made the best versions of Tyrannosaurus, Velociraptor, Ankylosaurus, Triceratops...etc, in my opinion.

I think that "assets out of containment" would be a great alternate title for "unboxing".

Some things have gone (to the trunk) and others have come, some changes made to the displays:

The main display has not changed much:

Due to the lack of space in those selves, some dinosaurs are starting to take over the selves above it:

My proudest catch now hangs out near a certain triumvirate...

And again due to the lack of space, things are starting to get a little crowded for my Jurassic Park/World collection:

And I guess one day I will have to empty my coffins and show you what is inside....

PhilSauria

It's the perennial struggle for the collector; collection size vs the space to display it! I'm knda at the stage where I am packing away some early (relatively indiscriminate) acquisitions to make space for the figures that I really like to spend some 'eye time' on, such as PNSO, Rebor and just pieces that I really like.

Alright, I found the solution for my space problems. I just needed some popcorn....

Halichoeres

Perfect. Reminds me of an umbrella stand. Or a Pandora's box of dinosaurs.

The Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom toy line has to be the line in which I have spent the most amount of money in a relatively short period of time. Also the one who has grown the most in a relatively short time. I bough the Tyrannosaurus back in May, and here we are, two and a half months later:

I can't believe all the stuff I have!

Shonisaurus

Well, a good investment of money in the future to collect the figures of Jurassic World 2 because those figures will be revalued over time.

Anyway I'm happy for you MLMip, although I'm not a follower of that exceptional and cool series of toys of dinosaurs and prehistoric animals I have to admit that they are very nice for both children and collectors.

I know it is getting repetitive, but here my Jurassic World collection+Kenner Parasaurolophus again. As you can see, it has grown again and it will stay like this since this will be the last post in this thread for a while since I will be studying abroad for a whole academic year, which means a lot of time without my precious collection. :'(

But don't worry, I´ll be back. ;)

Lizerd

Wait your going? Just when I find this thread??? That's sad  :'( nice collection though, and thing I learned, if going abroad bring a few nice dinos for memories and diorama picture taking :D
If you wonder where I'm active now, you can find me here- http://www.lustria-online.com/members/lizerd.17772/
It's been a good run here
