Blade-of-the-Moon

Just picked up mine off the porch. It's small and of course the poses are pretty limited, but in terms of paint and look it's right up there with the Carnotaurus.  If I just saw this sitting in a pet store I'd think it was some sort of real little lizard toad..thing.

Can you make it stand upright like it's a person in a godzilla costume?

back legs wont do it even if the tail allowed it.

I do like the colors on it but after buying the HC one I don't know if I need it?

I say no. Especially given that it has permanent battle damage scars all over.

I wasn't a fan of permanent damage on Hasbro back in 2015, and I certainly am not a fan of it now.

At least the damage just seems to be scars which is better than giant, gaping wounds with exposed bones.

Not a fan of this tattered and torn theme they're going on with this wave.

Found the Lonostropheus sp? at Walmart today..I carried it around a bit thinking about it and then put it back. It was nice I just am being super picky as my space decreases.

Target delivered my HC Allosaurus a day early.  It's not quite on par with the Carnotaurus ( arguably Mattel's best HC figure ) but it's close.  Nice detail and paint, Mattel has just about perfected sharp teeth that are also safe.  The tail is pretty heavy making poses a challenge and it's more like the juvenile Allosaurus from FK than the larger one from BaBR that or the Carnotaurus is oversized.

At least it's an almost entirely new sculpt or a very modified version of the Elasmosaurus file.

Hammond Collection Giganotosaurus available at BargainMax for only £29.99! Just got myself one, posting for fellow UK collectors. Fingers crossed the HC Therizinosaurus pops up as well, Amazon UK prices are not great for HC stuff.

Don't know if this fits best in the 2024 or 2025 thread, but since it's already been found in-store, I'll post it here, too. A new Snap Squad-style chibi line: Mighty Little Biters. I'm told this was found at a Target

Pressing the back of the head reveals bloodshot eyes and giant teeth

Has anyone seen these before? Or where they're from?

There's actually several more species.
