Today's review of the Alamosaurus by Haolonggood (https://dinotoyblog.com/alamosaurus-haolonggood/) has been flagged in my Adsense Policy center for a policy violation, "Adult: Sexual content".

There are no specifics in the report, so it took me a few moments to work out what I think the problem is. Any guesses?

Some of those neck-only shots are a bit...suggestive.

Reviewing it now as the writer and photographer, my guesses were the very first line (the honey-do's line) or the neck shots (especially the pinkish throat). I didn't think either of those were anything big. Actually, I failed at the time to see them as anything other than just part of the review and a reflection of my thoughts. If there is something else, let me know and I can see how I can change it.

There's nothing wrong with it at all, it's just that Google wrongly thinks there is! I've asked for the decision to be reconsidered, we'll see if it passes. Worst case, I'll just remove ads from that page.

T @thomasw100 What do you mean with that kind of claim? I mean without more context that could mean a number of different things. Like on one hand it could mean the suppression of lgbtq+ rights, women, people of color, disabled, etc, which is a serious problem happening in certain parts of the world and increasing in others, but on the other hand it could be like what a bigot claims after having their hate speech removed. Could also be the concern of social media being owned and controlled by corporations (or billonaires outright) managing or restricting certain view points with particular algorithms, such as allowing the mass spread of propaganda and mis and disinformation, and creation of echo chambers.

That last bit is a major part of why I enjoy this forum, as it is a great escape from that, and feels like a last standing stronghold from it. Nevermind an escape from the mass of bots overrun on those platforms. I know I'm interacting with real people here.

I think what T @thomasw100 meant was the "list of honey-do's from the wife" comment. That would make it possibly (at a stretch, I admit) discriminatory towards women. That was the first thing I thought of when I started reviewing it as a "sexual-conduct" reviewer. Nothing more, nothing less. Just reviewing it for simple phrases that could have been considered as sexual content that could have been flagged by the bots.

I'm almost positive it has nothing to do with the writing and 100% to do with the images, specifically Image #7 which, devoid of context, looks quite suggestive.

I'm sure these things are crawled by AIs that try to match the pics up with a database of "inappropriate" imagery and that particular image probably raised red flags.
