So it is probably being produced by the Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre itself. Wow, what a nice piece it is!

I found this old, small figure, which I wouldn't really give a second thought if it wasn't for the striations that look like fur! Anyone know what it is?

Libraraptor

I know this one, too, and I also think it looks furry - but don´t have the slightest clue about its origin.

I had a couple of these when I was a kid. One was the same colour as yours and I think the other one was green all over. They're just unbranded Chinasaurs AFAIK. I think I thought of them as Plateosaurus.
One day we will know the truth about Spinosaurus... but not today.

Funk

I'm also thinking some basal sauropodomorph, but that "fur" is really throwing me off haha...

Elengassen

I'm not sure it's meant to be fur – perhaps just a (very) crude attempt at texturing.

The Collecta Cetiosaurus has grooves like that on it as well. I don't think it's to represent fur, just skin texture. It doesn't look good on the Cetiosaurus either. Even a repaint couldn't fix it.

That furry dino or wrinkly plateosaurus appears in some Hong-Kong bags, those that contains kaijus or and dinos.

I found this postosuchus figure at Toymeister in Virginia Beach. It's about 5 inches long and doesn't match any of the versions on dinotoycollector, and doesn't turn up a match on Google Lens. I can only barely see the Postosuchus text on the bottom.

crazy8wizard

It's a copy of the old Lontic figure I'm pretty sure.

I also have one of these 'hairy Plateosaurus' in red:

It came in an Ebay lot so it probably features briefly in one of my unboxing videos.

SBell

I think that's a Ja-Ru 'Plateosaurus', or at least styled in a very similar design.
I had one like that as a kid.

Funk

I'd review it if I had some definite info about its classification and company...

I say review it even without. It's an interesting figure. 8)

What tags would be used for taxon and company?

Brand: unknown company https://dinotoyblog.com/category/unknown-company/

Taxon: unspecified genus https://dinotoyblog.com/tag/unspecified/

It wouldn't be the first. ^-^

You can use my picture of the red version if you like. I could take more. It's a good example of a potential review that could be very brief but still interesting and useful.

Paleomimi

Hello! Anyone knows which toyline this dinosaur is from please?

I had all of them back when I was a kid. I remember they came with a magazine back when I got them.
In the same toyline there was also a green Allosaurus with black stripes. It looked pretty good.
I also remember a grey mosasaurus/liopleurodon.
