Seconded - Happy Birthday avatar_Blade-of-the-Moon @Blade-of-the-Moon

The 1:3 Plateosaurus statue is coming along.  Still puzzling about some techniques I'll use to finish the core and add the outer shell.  I may drop you a line and bounce some ideas off of you...once I come up with some.  :)

Thank you both! I'll help where  I can Totoro!

That all came together quite beautifully. That background really works with the diorama.
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

Thanks! I think it's pretty great myself, just hard to photograph is all. I wish there was more to the dio, not much but a bit more. At least enough to finish up more of the water.

The only thing that comes to mind is that this is a diorama of epic dimension.

What's the one at the very bottom, outside of the display?

The diorama looks incredible!

I had the same thoughts when I saw it, glad I could finally get one.

At the extreme right is the HLG Triceratops, the one in the middle is the same as the exhausted animal on the top of the dio, it was offered as a bonus with a bunch of hatchlings so they appear to all be resting together.

Been building up my Dinosaucers collection, just added a Mexican bootleg Bonehead.

Still need quite a few characters. Unfortunately Glasslite of Brazil only produced 5 figures. But there are customs I'd like to locate too.

Received my ECC Lost World Velociraptor maquette/#072 today.  He's fantastic, feels like I live raptor albeit in mini form lol

Oh man that's absolutely incredible in the sculpt work and paint work. Bet that cost a pretty penny. Love the others in the back too. What an amazing display altogether.

It's rare I'm impressed with something more than the publicity photos..this did it. Even from across the room it feels like he's staring at you.  Not sure what I'd do without payment plans lol I have no credit so I have to do jobs or sell things, makes you appreciate it all. I have a couple more TLW pieces coming, may have to rearrange things again. I actually built the shelf he's on too, took me an afternoon from scrap lumber.

That's very true. But it's changing, the niches are getting filled.  I used to say the same thing about JP3 Raptors now I have 7 with three more coming.  I'll be selling my IS LW Raptor after the Nanmu ones arrive.

Yes for some reason JP3 Velociraptor have a good treatment, but their design is great.
Lost World velociraptors have always been my favorite, but unfortunately they don't get many good statues.
The Iron Studio was disappointing, and there is this one that is great but big and expansive (so not for me).

Only some figures are ok like the Rebor and the Dino Dream.

I have a couple Rebor left I might sell and a single original Papo.  Dino Dream, I'm trying hard to like them but they generally miss the mark with paint schemes.  I just canceled my LW Raptor breaking the window order after seeing how the final one turned out.

Received this guy from BBTS : https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/262567

My hope is to find some sci-fi armor and make a more realistic Dinosaucer/Dinoplativolos figure.
