It might have lips? Guess we'll have to wait and see. In any case, it should definitely have lips. Their previous Carcharodontosaurus had lips, so there would be no reason for the Giganotosaurus not to be lipped. But then they also made a lipped Daspletosaurus and a lipless Tyrannosaurus after it, so one doesn't really know what to expect... 

If it doesn't have lips, then it'll be an instant skip on my end. They may please some Chinese collectors by doing that, but not me.

Weird there is still no lipped Giganotosaurus figure. Hopefully HLG will fix that.

I wonder if there are any patterns to popularity, and sales, in terms of the alternate colorways. Like, did the Blue Carchardontosaurus sell faster than the others? I assume HLG makes the same number of each colorway, so eventually they all sell out, but does one color sell out waaaaay before others?

As I noted before, it'll be something of a slap in the face if the Giganotosaurus is lipped when the T. rex wasn't. Still, better lipped than not.

False alarm - it's an artist's version of Daspletosaurus.  It's already up on Facebook (Haolong Good's account) and it looks lipped to me.

I don't have high hopes for those figures seeing the light of day. Which is a real shame because they were going to have a lipped and non lipped Giga and an accurate spinosaurus I would have picked up in a heartbeat.

Of course the Deinosuchus and the Torosaurus are not coming anytime soon. 

I too am very interested in the Deinosuchus, but I think this situation is no different to the Tyrannosaurus coming before the Deinosuchus and Torosaurus.

Somehow i was able to order Saurolophus today. Same store wasn't available before for my country. (My Online Toy Store from Aliexpress) Other stores still not available. Strange. Anyway so i ordered brown variant even though i was attracted by grey at first. 

I also ordered Megalosaurus from PNSO. Haolonggood will sure make one in future. However each year our currency gets worse & custom limits gets tighter. By then it might cost me as much as PNSO now if not more or even worse i might not even able to order it.

With added lips, this may be the most beautiful T. rex head design I've ever seen.

I'm sure by the time we get HLG Tyrannosaurus rex V3, lips will be ubiquitous.

Received my Rex from Lana today, it's hard to capture all the detail in the sculpt, especially the face but it's VERY impressive!

Very nice, of course. I leave the jaws on mine slightly open, as I find that with HLG's clever paint work on the teeth, with the mouth in this position, the teeth really blend in well with the head and the un-lippedness of the sculpt almost becomes insignificant, at least as far as I'm concerned.
